PHASE 1 – INFORMATION CAPTURE:

The consultant is chosen by GM Operations after carefully reviewing the task scope and receiving project authorization and the formal go-ahead from the accounts department. After being appointed, the consultant visits the client's facility and conducts interviews with important management and employees to learn about the company's current procedures, determine where you already comply with the standard, and determine how much work needs to be done. The first phase's notes serve as the foundation for the subsequent phase.

Based on the findings of the Phase 1 interviews and data collection, VA Consultant creates management system documentation. The final product is completely tailored, based on the firm's present practices, and only adds new or modified practices when the organization either doesn't fulfill a criteria at all or when current practice differs from a requirement. However, support and cooperation from the client's personnel are needed during the extraction of the necessary information. Boilerplate documents are not used, and client staff is not assigned any writing chores.

Returning to the site, VA Consultant offers assistance with setting up the management systems, trains staff members and internal auditors, and performs the initial round of necessary internal audits. We assist in a management review that also examines the goals of the process. Your business is prepared for third party certification audits after Phase 3 is complete.

A smooth and efficient audit by the Certification Body will be ensured by VA Consultant's attendance, on-site assistance, and facilitation of the audit. VA Consultant will also ensure that the Certification Body auditor does not deviate from international accreditation rules or "makeup" requirements that are not present.
